By creating an account, registering, logging in, accessing, or using this website/software, you ("User", "Admin", "Operator", or "Employee") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use this platform.
This software is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without any express or implied warranty. The platform owner reserves the right to modify, suspend, discontinue, or update any feature, service, pricing, credit policy, or these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice, and continued use of the platform shall constitute acceptance of such changes.
The User confirms that all information, documents, employee records, Aadhaar details, PAN details, UAN, ESIC IP Numbers, bank details, salary records, attendance, GST details, contracts, employer details, uploaded files, photographs, signatures, certificates, and any other information submitted on the platform are genuine, accurate, complete, and legally obtained.
The User further confirms that they are legally authorized to collect, upload, process, store, and manage such information and have obtained all necessary permissions, consents, and approvals from the concerned employees or data owners as required under applicable laws. The Platform Owner shall not be responsible for verifying the authenticity or legality of any information uploaded by the User.
The User agrees that the platform may collect, process, store, use, and maintain account information, login records, IP addresses, browser information, device information, activity logs, timestamps, uploaded documents, transaction history, salary records, attendance data, employment records, contract details, billing information, payment records, communication records, cookies, analytics data, and other operational information for the purpose of providing services, maintaining security, preventing fraud, improving performance, complying with legal obligations, and protecting the legitimate interests of the platform.
The User agrees that all uploaded employee information including Aadhaar, bank account details, salary details, attendance, employment history, UAN, ESIC information, documents, photographs, identity proofs, and other personal information have been collected with lawful authority and appropriate employee consent wherever required. The Platform Owner shall not be liable for any complaint, dispute, or legal proceeding arising from unauthorized collection, storage, or use of employee information by the User.
The User shall use this platform only for lawful purposes. The User shall not upload false information, fake employees, duplicate employees, forged documents, fake attendance, fake salary records, fraudulent bills, manipulated PF or ESIC records, fake contracts, forged government documents, or any information intended to deceive any person, department, authority, or organization.
The User shall not use this platform for money laundering, fraud, identity theft, cybercrime, unauthorized access, hacking, illegal financial activities, government fraud, tax evasion, labour law violations, or any activity prohibited by applicable law.
The Platform Owner shall not be responsible or liable for any incorrect salary calculation, incorrect attendance, incorrect bill generation, incorrect GST, PF, ESIC, UAN, IP Number, tax calculation, government rejection, audit objection, department objection, tender cancellation, GeM dispute, employee dispute, labour dispute, statutory non-compliance, legal notice, financial loss, business interruption, penalty, interest, damages, prosecution, blacklisting, or any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from the use of the software.
The User shall independently verify all generated reports, bills, salary records, statutory returns, and documents before submission to any authority.
The User acknowledges that all outputs generated by the software are based solely upon the information entered by the User. The accuracy of such outputs depends entirely upon the correctness of the data entered by the User. The Platform Owner does not guarantee the correctness, completeness, or legal validity of any generated report, document, calculation, certificate, bill, or compliance file.
The Platform Owner reserves the right to maintain complete audit logs including but not limited to login history, logout history, IP addresses, browser details, operating system information, device information, timestamps, employee additions, modifications, deletions, attendance entries, attendance locks, attendance unlocks, salary generation, bill generation, document uploads, downloads, settings modifications, password changes, payment records, recharge history, credit transactions, and all user activities for security, audit, investigation, legal compliance, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, and system administration purposes. Such logs may be preserved even after account closure if required by law or for legitimate business purposes.
The Platform Owner reserves the unrestricted right to suspend, restrict, freeze, terminate, permanently delete, or refuse access to any account without prior notice if any suspicious, fraudulent, abusive, illegal, unauthorized, or policy-violating activity is detected or reasonably suspected. Such actions may be taken in the interest of platform security, legal compliance, or protection of other users. No compensation or refund shall be payable solely due to such action.
All subscription fees, registration charges, recharge amounts, credits, convenience fees, gateway charges, taxes, and other payments made to the platform shall be non-refundable unless expressly stated otherwise in writing. Credits have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash, cannot be transferred to another account unless expressly permitted, and may expire or become invalid according to the applicable credit policy.
The Platform Owner shall not be responsible for payment gateway failures, banking delays, UPI failures, duplicate payments, network interruptions, third-party API failures, SMS delivery failures, email delivery failures, OTP delivery failures, cloud service failures, internet outages, electricity failures, server downtime, maintenance periods, cyber-attacks, ransomware attacks, malware infections, unauthorized access by third parties, natural disasters, strikes, riots, war, governmental restrictions, or any other event beyond the reasonable control of the Platform Owner.
The Platform Owner may use third-party services including payment gateways, SMS providers, email providers, cloud infrastructure providers, analytics services, communication platforms, storage providers, mapping services, authentication providers, and other technology partners. The Platform Owner shall not be responsible for the performance, security, privacy practices, downtime, or failures of such third-party services.
The User is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials, passwords, OTPs, authentication codes, devices, and access methods. Any activity performed using the User's credentials shall be deemed to have been performed by the User. The Platform Owner shall not be liable for unauthorized access resulting from negligence, password sharing, compromised devices, phishing attacks, or other security failures attributable to the User.
The User shall not share accounts, resell access, sublicense the software, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify, copy, clone, scrape, reproduce, distribute, publish, exploit, lease, rent, transfer, or commercially use any part of the software, database structure, source code, reports, templates, workflows, designs, APIs, or intellectual property without prior written permission from the Platform Owner.
All intellectual property rights, copyrights, trademarks, software code, databases, business processes, user interface designs, reports, templates, logos, graphics, and documentation shall remain the exclusive property of the Platform Owner.
The User acknowledges that data backups, archival policies, retention periods, restoration capabilities, and disaster recovery procedures may vary from time to time. While reasonable efforts may be made to maintain data integrity, the Platform Owner does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or permanent preservation of data. Users are advised to maintain independent backups of important information.
The Platform Owner reserves the right to modify, add, remove, discontinue, or replace any feature, module, workflow, pricing structure, subscription plan, recharge policy, document format, API integration, storage policy, or service offering at any time without liability.
The User agrees that the Platform Owner may communicate through email, SMS, phone calls, WhatsApp, in-app notifications, system alerts, or other electronic means regarding account activity, security alerts, service updates, promotional offers, legal notices, maintenance schedules, and other operational communications.
The User expressly agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Platform Owner, its directors, employees, affiliates, partners, agents, licensors, and service providers from and against any and all claims, complaints, disputes, investigations, notices, demands, actions, proceedings, penalties, fines, liabilities, losses, damages, expenses, legal costs, advocate fees, compensation, settlements, or judgments arising directly or indirectly from the User's use of the platform, uploaded data, employee information, contracts, statutory records, attendance, salary records, PF, ESIC, GST, tax matters, government contracts, GeM transactions, labour law matters, privacy violations, intellectual property violations, fraudulent activities, illegal conduct, breach of these Terms, or violation of any applicable law.
The maximum liability of the Platform Owner under any circumstances shall not exceed the total amount actually paid by the User to the Platform Owner during the immediately preceding three (3) months for the specific service giving rise to the claim. Under no circumstances shall the Platform Owner be liable for indirect, consequential, special, exemplary, incidental, or punitive damages.
Any provision found to be invalid or unenforceable shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect. These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or relating to the use of this platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts having jurisdiction over the city where the Platform Owner's registered office is situated.
